Supplies Needed:

Psp and Animation Shop (Optional)

Tube of choice. I am using one by Ismael Rac, you can purchase the tubes: here

Scrap Kit Electric Rock (FTU) by: Toxic Desirez here

Open a new image: 650x650

fill it with any color the layer.

Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Julias World.

Effects - Artist Effects - Halftone:

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize.

Find a color that match your tube.

Layers - Load mask: DBG_001. Invert Transparecy: checked. Merge group. 
Select your rectangle tool:

line style: solid

width: 15

Create as a vector

color: black (foreground only)

Make a rectangle about: 510x320

Image - Free Rotate:

Left - 25 degrees.

Unchecked:

- all layers

- Rotate single layer around canvas center.

Now convert to a raster layer.

Effects - Plugins - Mura's Meister - Copies

Blur (random rotate)

Default settings 

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Move it under the mask layer.

Activate the mask layer. Add a closeup of your tube and move it to the left side of your tag.

Make a selection around the closeup with your lasso tool 

and delete the excess from the frame.

Open - Copy - Paste your tube as new layer. Resize if need it. 

Move it to the place you want.

Apply Drop Shadow:

V: 2 H: 4

O: 60 B: 9

Decorate with the elements from the kit.

Apply Drop Shadow:

V: 0 H: 3

O: 50 B: 6

Add your name and copyright info.

To animate:

Add a new layer floodfill with white. Send to the bottom.

Activate the mask layer. Duplicate two more times. 

Close those layers clicking in the "eye" Visibility toggle.

Select your magic wand:

Until you have something like this:

Select the original mask layer. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Gaussian

55%

Monochrome

Now activate the first copy (but don't click in the eye), 

apply Noise again but change the percent to: 64

and for the last copy apply Noise with random seed of: 60.

Deselect. Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Back to psp. Open (click in the eye) the first copy. 

Again copy merged and Paste After current frame. Repeat the steps for the last layer.

Play the animation. If you like it save as gif.

You're done!

Candy Lips

Supplies Needed:

Psp

Tube of choice.I am using one by Elias Chatzoudis, you can purchase the tubes: here

Open a new image: 625x250 

Open your tube and select two or more color to make a gradient:

Angle: 0

Repeats: 0

Style: linear.

Floodfill the layer with the gradient.

Copy - Paste your tube as a new layer move it to the part you want.

Add a new layer. Selections - Select All. Selections - Modify - Contract: 10

Selections - Invert. Floodfill with a color from your tube.

Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass:

Now you can Deselect. Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Random

Monochrome

Apply Drop Shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 36 B: 3

Add a new layer, move in under the border and floodfill with a light color.

Apply shadow to your tube add a wordart and decorate they way you like.

Add your name and copyright. 

Close the gradient layer by clicking in the "eye" Visibility toggle.

And merge all the others layer.

Now activate and open (click in the eye) the gradient layer. 

Effects - Texture Effects - Straw Wall

Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Back to psp. Edit - Undo. Apply Straw Wall again but change the Length: 13

Copy merged and Paste after current frame. Repeat the steps changing the 

Length to: 15, 17 y 19. 

In Animation Shop you should have 5 frames. Select the frames: 2,3 and 4.

You must to hold Ctrl key in your keyboard. Edit - Copy. Click in the frame: 5 

Edit - Paste - Paste after current frame. The three frames will be select.

Go to: Animation - Reverse Frames. Deselect. Play animation.

If you like it save as gif.

You're done!

Open the template, Shift + D, close the original.

Delete the copyright layer.

Image - Canvas Size: 650x 650 

Placement:

top: 210

bottom: 11

left: 13

Open paper04, Copy - Paste, send to the bottom. 

Layers - Load mask: gemsmask8 - Merge group

Open the closeup of the tube. Copy and paste, move to center and apply the mask twice.

change the blend mode to: Hard Light.

Open as35 Copy - Paste as a new layer. Resize at 70 percent.

Sharpeness - Unsharp Mask: 

Radius: 2

Streng: 45

Clipping: 3

Active layer: square 1

Open - Copy - Paste Paper04 as new layer.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Repeat for: squeare 2 and 3.

Active layer: frame 1. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Add a new layer and flood fill with a color from your tube.

Selections - Modify - Contract: 3

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Random

Monochrome

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Repeat for: frame 2 and 3.

Open, Copy - Paste as new layer the tube. Resize if need it. Move it under: frame 1

Select the part you like it. Activate the frame layer and with your magic wand click inside.

Selections - Modify - Expand: 3. Back to the tube layer. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Desect.

Duplicate the tube. to the original: Change the blend mode to: Hard Light.

To the copy of the tube: Change the blend mode to: Screen. Low the opacity to 60

Repeat for the second part of the tube under frame 2.

Activate the layer: cant do

Add noise with the previous setting.

Do the same with the layer: like i

Active layer: It

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Add a new layer and flood fill with a color from your tube.

Aply eyecany 3 glass.

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Do the same with the layer: can

Open - Copy - Paste your main tube as new layer, under the layer: cant do bck

Apply drop shadow:

V: 1 H: 2

O: 55 B: 5

With the selection tool. Rectangle - feather 20. Select the part of the legs.

Edit - Clear. two times

Finish decorating and apply drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 2

O: 40 B: 6

Add your name and copyright. info. Merge visible. Copy, paste as new image

Save as png or jpg.

You're done with it!!

Open the template, Shift + D, close the original.

Resize at 85 percent - all layers - bicubic.

Delete the copyright layer.

Make a gradient with two colors from the tube or scrap.

Foreground: #49f9fd Background: #ff48b6

Style: Radial - Angle: 0 Repeats: 0

Active layer: Large Grey Rectangle

Click inside with the magic wand. Open - Copy - Paste Paper 14 as new layer.

Resize at 80 percent. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert.

Add a new layer, floodfill with the gradient, change the blend mode to: Hue (L)

Deselect and delete the original layer. 

Active layer: Large White Rectangle. Click inside with the magic wand.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 19 as new layer. Resize at 70 percent.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect and delete the original layer. 

Active layer: Black Lines. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 18 as new layer.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert.

Selections - Modify - Expand: 3. Add a new layer, floodfill with pink.

Deselect and delete the original layer. 

Active layer: Black Rectangles. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 23 as new layer. Resize at 70 percent.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect and delete the original layer. 

Active layer: White Rectangles. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 7 as new layer. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. 

Deselect. Effects - Texture Effects: Mosaic Antique:

Delete the original layer. Click inside of the left rectangle with the magic wand.

Open your tube or close up. Copy - Paste as new layer. Resize if need it. 

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect. Colorize the tube to black and white.

Duplicate. Apply: Xero - Bad Dream. 

Blur - Average - Filter aperture: 5. Change the blend mode to Lighten. Opacity 80.

Active layer: Black Square Rotate. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 15 as new layer. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. 

Selections - Invert. Effects - Texture Effects: Mosaic Antique:

Deselect and delete the original layer.

Active layer: White Square Rotate. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Open - Copy - Paste Paper 23 as new layer. Resize at 50 percent.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect and delete the original layer.

Copy - Paste as new layer the close up again. Resize if need it. 

Image - Mirror. Select the paper layer. Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat.

Selections - Invert. Active the tube layer change the blend mode to: Hard Light. Opacity 50.

Open the wordart. Place it at the top right. 

Open the tube. Copy - Paste as new layer. Resize if you want. Place it on the left side.

Duplicate. Apply: Xero - Bad Dream. 

Blur - Average - Filter aperture: 7. Change the blend mode to Hard Light. Opacity 75.

Select the original tube layer. Sharpeness - Unsharp Mask: 

Radius: 19

Streng: 50

Clipping: 18

Add elements of your choice. I've used: 

Bow 1 n Bow 2

Cupcake 2,3,4 n 6 

Dragonfly 5

Flower 1, 3 n 4

Roses 1 n 2

SaftyPin 1, 2 n 3.

Apply Drop shadow. For items that are on the left side:

V: 1 H: -2

O: 40 B: 4

For items that are on the right side:

V: 1 H: 2

O: 40 B: 4

For the name:

Add your name with the font Veysel and Create as: vector checked  

foreground none background #000000.

Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat. Selections - Modify - Expand: 2.

Add a new layer, floodfill with #49f9fd. Move the layer below the name and a little to the left.

Apply Noise:

Random - Monochrome. 16%.

Add your copyright info. Merge visible. Copy, paste as new image

Save as png.

Let's Begin!

Open a new image: 600x600

Open frame To_my_Friends_ScrappingMar_Freebie53 copy paste as new layer. Resize 20 percent.

Take your magic wand click in the interior of the circle and select the other parts too. 

Selections- Modify - Expand by 3

Open the tubes, Resize. Copy paste below the frame. Move it to the center of the frame.

Selection - Invert. Edit - Clear. Do the same for the other tubes.

Apply drop shadow

V: 0 H: 2

O: 30 B: 6

Open paper To_my_Friends_ScrappingMar_Freebie10 copy paste as new layer.Resize 15 percent.  

Selection - invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect

Move the paper layer under the tubes.

Open paper To_my_Friends_ScrappingMar_Freebie13 copy paste as new layer.Resize 20 percent.

open the mask:lyndiemask021. Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image. 

Select the mask name from the drop down Source Window. 

Create mask from: Source luminance

Invert data mask - Uncheked. ok.

Go to your layer palette. Right click on it Merge - Merge Group.

Resize 80 percent.

Adjust - Add noise: Uniform - 80 percent - Monochrome.

Apply drop shadow

V: 0 H: 1

O: 25 B: 4

Open To_my_Friends_ScrappingMar_Freebie55. Copy paste as new layer.Resize 15 percent.

Move this to the bottom of the frame. 

Now open To_my_Friends_ScrappingMar_Freebie44. Copy paste as new layer.Resize 25 percent, 2 times. 

Image - Free Rotate - left - 40.

Move it to the left bottom part the frame, above the leaves. 

Resize 10 percent. Image - Free Rotate - 20 percent - Right.

Move it to the bottom left of the frame, above the leaves. 

Finish decorating with the elements of your choice. I've used:

You can resize the flowers with leaves at: 25 percent, 2 times. 

The flowers without leaves at: 20 percent, 2 times.

apply the same drop shadow used in the tubes for the elements. 

If you want add another tube and move it to the left part of your image. 

Resize if need it and apply drop shadow.

Add your name and copyright info. Merge visible. 

Copy, paste as new image

Save as png.
