Cluster frame by me made with the scrap Summer Cocktail by Bibi's Collections : here

Plugin Xenofex 2 Constellation 

Font here

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate the file and close the original.

If you have the kit open the paper: BIBISUMMER COCKTAIL PAPERS (4). Copy. In your canvas, make a selection around the frame:

Add a new layer below the frame, paste into the selection. Deselect. 

Effects - Artistic effects - Halftone:

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Constellation:

Make a selection around the inner frame:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add noise:

Uniform

12 percent

Monochrome

Decorte with brushes and elements of your choice.

Copy and paste the tube above the paper layer, duplicate and move it above the cluster frame.

Eraser the excess at the bottom

Add drop shadow:

V: 3 H: 3

O: 40 B: 7

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

Tube of choice. I am using a tube by VeryMany from a PP at PFD. Find the tubes: here

Scrap kit Toes in the sand (PTU) by Jackies Jewels here

Open a new image: 600x200

with the magic wand click inside of the canvas.

Open the paper: Paper1. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 70 percent (smart size). Selections  - Invert. Edit - Clear.

Open: Sun. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 50 percent (smart size). Place it in the center and above the paper.

Open: Ocean, c/p in the canvas, place it like this:

Open: RockCave. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 70 percent (smart size). Move it to the right side of the canvas.

Duplicate and arrange it like this:

Open: PalmTree2. c/p in the canvas, move it to the left side, send the layer below the rockcave.

Open: Dolphin. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 35 percent (smart size). Place it in the right side behind the rockcave.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if needed. Place it in the right side of the canvas.

Add more elements into the banner:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

Add copyright and your name. Make a frame. Export as a jpg or png now if you want a non animate banner.

To animate:

Activate the ocean layer. Remove the excess outside of the banner if it's needed. 

copy, Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Effects - Insert Image Effects - Select: underwater:

Apply and delete the last frame.You have 15 frames now. put aside, we will use it later.

Back to psp, you have two options, merge the paper, sun, clouds and ocean or merge: paper, sun and clouds but delete the ocean layer 

and only use the animated one we made in animation shop.

Rename this group of layers as: 1. In the layer palette, close the visibility toogle.

Start to merge all the above layers, included the elements, tube and frame.

Rename this group of layers as: 2.

In the layer palette, Click in the eye and open the visibility toogle. copy merged. Go to Animation Shop.

paste as a new image. Duplicate until you have 15 frames. 

Activate the first frame and select all. Select all the layers from the ocean animation you did before. Drag it into the background, place it almost in the center.

Back to psp,  Copy the layer: 2. In animation shop, paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 15 frames.

Activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

Play the animation. If you like save and you're done. I've changed the speed of mine to: 20

Open: SkyScraps-Melissa-E10. c/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. place it in the center.

with the magic wand click inside of the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by 5.

Open: SkyScraps-Melissa-pp3. selections - invert. Edit - Clear. 

Activate te paper layer. Effects - plugins - xenofex 2 - constellation:

Effects - texture effects - blinds:

open the closeup of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the frame. remove the excess outside of the frame.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: overlay.

Duplicate the paper layer, select the freehand selection tool and remove the excess behind the tube:

Open: SkyScraps-Melissa-E8. c/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. Send the layer to the bottom, place it in the left top corner of the frame. Duplicate and place it in the bottom right corner:

Open: SkyScraps-Melissa-E48. c/p in the canvas, resize if you like.

Image - free rotate: 30 to right. place it above and arrange it.

Open: SkyScraps-Melissa-E64. c/p in the canvas, resize.

Open the closeup of the, place it above the element, remove the excess, duplicate. Merge this layers, colorize to black and white.

Effects - plugins - xero - fuzzifier:

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the center, resize if needed.

Apply drop shadow:

duplicate the tube layer.

layer, in the layer palette change the blend mode to: luminance (legacy)

Effects - texture effects - emboss.

in the layer palette change the blend mode to: overlay.

select the original layer, apply:

effects - texture effects - blinds:

Open: PUNKETA ELEMENTS (60). Resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Duplicate and place them:

With the magic wand click in the left top frame. Selections - Modify - Expand: by 5 pixels.

Open the paper: PUNKETA PAPERS (1). c/p in the canvas, move below the frame. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

selections - invert. Edit - Clear. selections - invert. do not deselect. 

Open the paper: PUNKETA PAPERS (1). c/p in the canvas, move below the frame. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Remove the excess of the paper. PUNKETA PAPERS (11). Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. selections - invert. Edit - Clear.

Open the paper: PUNKETA PAPERS (2). c/p in the canvas, move below the frame. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Remove the excess of the paper. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. selections - invert. Edit - Clear

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Screen

Open: PUNKETA PAPERS (6). Apply the mask: Vix_Mask143. Merge group. Duplicate the layer. Merge down,

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Send the mask to the bottom. Activate the frame layer.

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if needed. Place it in the center.

Duplicate, apply gaussian blur: radius by: 2 pixels.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay. 

Select the original tube layer

Add drop shadow:

V: 3 H: 5

O: 50 B: 7

Open: PUNKETA ELEMENTS (16). Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left bottom corner, duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip and arrange it next to the first cloud.
