Supplies Needed:

Open a new image: 600x600.
with the magic wand click inside. Open the paper: EMOLALA PAPERS (7).c/p in the selection.
Layers - Load mask: lines-1 - Merge group.
Duplicate. Select the original mask layer. Apply gaussian blur: 4.

Open the frame: EMOLALA SONG ELEM (51) and (52). c/p in the canvas. Resize at 50. Place them. (see my result for reference)
Select the frame 51, click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5.
Open the paper: EMOLALA PAPERS (11). c/p in the canvas. resize at 50. invert selection and hit delete. move the layer below the frame.
Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it between the frame and the paper. Remove the excess.
Change the blend mode to: Luminance (L)

For the frame 52 use the paper: EMOLALA PAPERS (9). c/p in the canvas. resize at 50. invert selection and hit delete. move the layer below the frame.
Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it between the frame and the paper. Remove the excess.
Change the blend mode to: Soft light

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it in the center. Resize if needed. Apply drop shadow now:
V: -1 H: 4
O: 55 B: 6

Open: EMOLALA SONG ELEM (105). c/p in the canvas. Place it at the end of the tube. Take the freehand selection tool with the following settings and if it's needed here:

to:

Remove the excess from the tube.
Apply gradient glow to the element in settings select: Soft raindow with the following settings:

Open: EMOLALA SONG ELEM (1). Move the words if is needed and place it where you want it. apply gradient glow too.
Add the elements to finish the tag:

Open a new image: 600x600

open the paper: Angels Papers (7). c/p in the canvas. Layers - Load mask: krd-mask17 - Merge group. Apply the mask again.

Resize at 90 percent.

Open the close up of the tube or the tube. c/p in the canvas. Arrange it above the mask. Change it to black and white. 

Apply gaussian blur: radius 1 and Xero - Radiance: 

Change the blend mode to: Overlay and apply the mask twice.

Open the main tube, arrange it in the canvas (see my result as a reference). 

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 5

O: 25 B: 7

with the eraser tool you can remove the excess of the mask below the tube.

Open a new Image: 600x600.

Open el74. c/p in the canvas. Duplicate. select the original layer. 

Resize at 80 percent, place it in the left side of your canvas. 

Activate the duplicate, resize at 90. Place it at a side. (see my tag for reference)

Open the tube or close up, c/p resize if needed. Place above the left element. Low the opacity.

Take the freehand selection tool and if it's needed here:

Freehand selection tool settings:

selection type: point to point

mode: replace

feather: 1

Anti-Alias: checked

Remove the excess from the tube. Change to black and white. Set the opacity to: 50. Change the blend mode to: Hard Light.

Duplicate and place it above the bigger rectangle. c/p the tube again. Mirror and place it next to the second black and white.

add shadow to the main tube:

V: -2 H: -4

O: 55 B: 4

Now decorate with elements from the kits in the way you want. I've used:

Open a new image 600x600.
Open the paper: GS_paper11_cbj .c/p in the canvas. Layers - Load mask: WSL_Mask238 - Merge group.
Do the same with the paper: GS_paper04_cbj. Resize to  80 percent.
Add the element: GS_leaves1_cbj.Rotate 55 right. Place in your image. Duplicate. Rotate 90 right.
Move it to the left. Duplicate and mirror. Add shadow:
V: 1 H: 2
O: 45 B: 5
Open the tube. c/p and resize if needed. Duplicate. Apply gaussian blur: 4
Change the blend mode to: overlay and low the opacity to  80
Add drop shadow to the original layer:
V: 2 H: 5

Open a new image 600x600. Floodfill with white.

Open the frame. c/p in the canvas. Resize to 80 percent. 

Make a selection around the frame with the selection tool:

Open the paper: GS_paper07_cbj. Resize at 70 percent. c/p in the image.

Invert the selection, edit - clear. Move the paper layer below the frame.

Selection, invert again. 

Open: GS_crystalrain_cbj. c/p, Resize at 50 percent. Place it if needed. (do not apply shadow yet)

Open the tube. c/p resize to fit inside the left frame. Invert the selection, edit - clear.

do the same in the right frame. deselect. if you're using a black and white tube, change the blend mode to: overlay.

Now decorate with elements from the kits in the way you want. I've used:

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

To animate:

Do not merge the layers. Activate the crystal rain layer. Duplicate.

Select the original layer and apply shadow. Now activate the duplicate. Edit - Cut.

Open animation Shop: paste as a new image. 

Go to: effects - Insert image effects:

Appy eliminate the first and last frame. you will have 15 frames. Back to psp. 

Close all the layers except the background deco, paper, right side tube and the crystal rain with shadow.

Copy merged. Paste as a new image in animation shop. Duplicate until you have 15 frames.

Click in the first frame, select all, activate the animate crystal rain, select all and drag it above the one with shadow.

Back to psp. Close the open layers. Open the rest. Copy Merged, paste as a new image, duplicate until you have 15 frames.

Click in the first frame, select all, drag above the tag. Now play the animation and if you like it. Save as gif (=
