Open a new image: 620x550

Open the paper: BIBI2012FIREWORKS PAPERS (13). C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:

Merge group.

Open the paper: BIBI2012FIREWORKS PAPERS (3). C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:

Merge group.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (4). c/p in the canvas, place it in the center and apply the last mask.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (23). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Place it in the right side.

Open: BIBI 2013 FIREWORKS ELEM (11). c/p in the canvas, colorize to match the tube.

Place it in the center.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas place it in the center and resize if it's needed.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Place it above the tube.

Place it in the bottom left next to the candle.

Place it in the bottom center, behind the speaker.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow, except to the masks.

Open a new image: 650x500

Open: DBG - HH - 062. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center. 

With the magic wand click inside. Selections - Modify - Expand: 10 pixels.

Open: DBG - HH - Paper04. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it behind the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect

Open: DBG - HH - 049. C/p in the canvas, place it in the top right of the frame.

Same shadow for the tube and elements.

Add the name and copyright. Export as a png or jpg now to have a non animated tag.

To animate:

Copy merged the tag, duplicate until you have 5 frames.

Open: KatBling0907_35. Select the first frame, select all.

Drag the bling into the tag and place it where you like it, I did twice.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Properties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 10, play the animation and save if you like! :)

I've tried to make something diferent in dark colors with gold, silver and black.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed. Place it in the right side.

Open: SkyScraps-Cheers-E3. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it behind the tube, at the bottom.

Open: SkyScraps-Cheers-E46. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side of the banner.

Open: SkyScraps-Cheers-E5. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it in the left corner.

Image - Free Rotate: Left 30 degrees. Place it in the left bottom, next to the champagne.

Place it in the left bottom, next to the pocket watch.

place a lil behind the dog.

Open: SkyScraps-Cheers-E12. c/p in the canvas. Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it between the dog and pocket watch.

Sharpen the elements and add shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add a frame, name and and copyright. Hide the frame layer, if you want to add noise.

Otherwise skip the step and copy the merged banner into animation shop.

To animate: 

Activate the layer with the paper: pp1.

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise:

gaussian

75 percent

Monochrome

Copy merged. In animation shop: paste as a new animation.

back to psp, undo and apply again:

Change the percent to: 90

Copy merged, in animation shop: paste after current frame.

back to psp, undo and apply again:

Change the percent to: 84

paste after current frame. Activate the first frame. Select all. Copy, click in the last frame:  paste after current frame.

Repeat until you have 21 frames.

Open: PinkConfettiSimone0015. Delete the first frame (21 frames now)

Drag the animation into the banner. 

Back to psp (if you added noise to the paper) and open the layer with the frame. 

Copy and paste in animation shop, duplicate until you have 21 frames. 

Place it in the banner, make the corners match.

Play the animation and save if you like! :)

Supplies Needed:

PSP

Tube of choice. I am using one by Lady Mishka, exclusive from PFD. You can purchase her tubes here

Scrap Kiss me at midnight (PTU) by Bibi. You can see it here

Mask 106 by Weescotslass here

Font here

Open a new image: 600x600

Open the paper: @papel (14). Copy - Paste, as a new layer. 

Layers - Load mask: WSL_Mask106 - Merge group.

Open the closeup of the tube. Copy - Paste, as a new layer. Arrange it in the center.

Load and apply the mask again. 

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 2

In the layer palette: Change the blend mode to: Overlay. Opacity: 80

Effects - Texture Effects - Rough Leather:

Open the tube, resize if needed. Place it in the right part of your canvas.

Apply Drop shadow:

v: 0   H: 5

O: 45  B: 6

Open: Kiss @Mnight Bibi (20).  Copy - Paste as a new layer. Resize at 70 - Smart Size.

add all the elements you want to finish your tag. I've used the following elements:

Open, Copy - Paste, as a new layer, Sharpen after resize these elements.

Drop shadow:

v: 2   H: 2

O: 40  B: 5

Add the copyright info and your name. Merge visible. Copy, paste as new image. Save as png or jpg.

You're done with it!!
