Selections - All. Open the paper: Kendall (6). C/p in the canvas. Selections - Invert.

Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. Selections - Modify - Contract by: 15 pixels.

Add a new layer and flood fill with a color from the tube.

Selections - Modify - Contract by: 5 pixels.

Open the paper: Kendall (25). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open: Kendall (21). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 20 degrees. Place it in the bottom left.

Open: Kendall (83). C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top left corner.

Open: Kendall (51). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right corner.

Open the tube, C/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the right side.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: Kendall (48). C/p in the canvas, C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the center, behind the tube.

Open: Kendall (13). . C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Selections - All. Open the paper: Kendall (29). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Modify - Contract by: 5 pixels. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Close the layers below the butterfly (Kendall (21)).

Merge visible the open layers and rename it: 1. Close it for now.

Open the closed layers and activate the layer with the matching color from the tube.

Adjust - Add/ Remove Noise - Add Noise:

Gaussian 

50 percent 

Monochrome

Copy Merged. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp and undo de effect. Apply again and change the noise percent to: 64.

Copy Merged and paste after current frame. Repeat once more and change the noise percent to: 57.

Activate the first frame, select all. Copy, click in the last frame and paste after current frame.

Continue until you have 24 frames. Delete the last frame

Open: SimoneAni62-ShootingSparkles.psd

Activate the first frame, select all.

Drag the animation to the bottom of the forum set.

Back to psp. Open the layer: 1. 

Copy, go to animation shop, paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 23 frames.

Activate the first frame, select all. Place it where it belongs to finish the tag.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 12, play the animation and save if you like! :)

place it in the top left of the canvas

with the freehand selection tool. Make a selection around the ribbon:

Edit - Clear. Deselect. Duplicate. Image - Flip. In the layer palette move the layer

below the original and duplicate once more, place it at the bottom:

Duplicate. Flip.

Open: SkyScraps-Posh-E93. c/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - smart size.

Place it above the flowers, in the bottom corner.

Open: SkyScraps-Posh-E60. c/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - smart size.

Place it above behind the flowers, in the left.

Open: SkyScraps-Posh-E61. c/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - smart size.

Place it above below the first bunch of leaves.

Open: SkyScraps-Posh-E21.c/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - smart size.

Place it at the bottom end of the flowers.

Open the tube c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the canvas.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add a border, your name and copyright info.

Open: SkyScraps-Posh-E3.c/p in the canvas, place it above the paper, and select the 

part of your choice to be in the left, duplicate and move to the right. Merge down the layers.

To animate:

Select the layer with the gold shapes.

Effects - Plugins - Eye candy 4000 - HSB Noise:

Copy merged. Open animation shop: paste as a new animation.

Back to psp, undo the effect and apply again but change the random seed.

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame.

Repeat 3 more times, until you have 5 frames in animation shop.

Change the speed to 14, play the animation and save as a gif :)

With the magic wand click inside.

Open: SkyScraps-EX-PP6. c/p in the canvas. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it in the left side.

In the layer palette change the blend mode: Luminance Legacy. Change the opacity to: 60.

Duplicate and move it to the right side. Merge down the closeup layers.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Open: SkyScraps-EX-E81. C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Image -Free Rotate: Left 15 degrees. Place it above the face. Image - Mirror.

With the freehand selection tool:

Make a selection around the stars:

Change the opacity to: 70.

Place it in the top center. Duplicate and move it to the bottom center.

Place it in the top left, duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas. Resize if it's needed. Place it in the left canvas.

Place it in the bottom right corner.

Open: SkyScraps-EX-E66.C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right behind the bucket.

Open: SkyScraps-EX-E25.C/p in the canvas, Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left corner.

Open: SkyScraps-EX-E44.C/p in the canvas, Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left behind the champagne.

Add your name, copyright info and a frame.

To animate: 

Open: SkyScraps-EX-E90. C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place them in the canvas in any place.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

Do the same with the element: SkyScraps-EX-E91. 

Copy the wordart (E90). Open animation shop. Paste as a new animation.

Back to psp and copy the wordart (E91), paste before current frame.

Activate the first frame. Select all.

Effects - Insert Image Transition:

Change the setting if you want to.

Back to psp. add the same gradient glow to the glitter stars.

Copy merged the banner. Paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 16 frames.

Activate the first frame of the wordart and Select all.

Drag into the banner and place it where you like it. Play the animation and save if you like :)

Open: Flying Heart. c/p in the canvas. resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the window, duplicate. Image - Mirror. Place it above the tube.

Open: Candle 1. c/p in the canvas. resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right, above the tube.

Sharpen the elements and add shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name, copyright and a frame. I create my frame with a dark gradient. 

To animate:

Copy the paper. Open animation shop. Paste as a new animation.

Effects - Insert Image Effects - Posterize:

Open: breakingsparks_bymissy. Select the first frame and drag it into the banner.

Place it in the bottom left.

Back to psp. Close the paper layer. Copy merged the rest of the open layers.

Duplicate until you have 13 frames. Activate the first frame and select all.

Drag to the banner and place it to make the corners match.

Change the speed to: 13. 

Play the animation if you like save!! :)

Merge down the city element with the paper. Copy merged.

Open animation shop. Paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 20 frames.

Open: Missy_hearts3. Select the first frame and drag it to the banner. 

Place it first in the left side and again in the middle right.

Back to psp. Close the merged background. Copy merged the rest of the open layers.

Duplicate until you have 20 frames. Activate the first frame and select all.

Drag to the banner and place it to make the corners match.

Play the animation if you like save :)

Open: Tree 4. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 60 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's neded. Place it in the left side.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: Star Topper. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Rename the layer: Star 1 - Left. 

Duplicate and place it almost at the bottom. Rename the layer: Star 3 - Left. 

Duplicate once more and rename: Star 5 - Left

Duplicate. Image - Free Rotate: right 25 degrees. Place it between the stars: 1 & 3.

Rename it: Star 2 - Left. Duplicate and place it in the left bottom corner.

Duplicate each star layer. Image - Mirror and rename them as: 

Star 1 - Right

Star 2 - Right

Star 3 - Right

Star 4 - Right

Star 5 - Right

Open: Sleigh 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Place it in the bottom right. 

Open: Packages 2. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right, below the sleigh.

Open: Packages 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom, next to the first packages.

Open: Lantern 1. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: Bird. Copy and paste in the canvas, Resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom center, next to the lantern.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

I've applied shadow to all the elements except the stars.

Add a frame, the name and copyright info.

To animate

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 1 - Left

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 5 - Right

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Copy Merged.

Open animation shop, paste as a new animation.

Back to psp, close the duplicated layers.

Open the next: Star 2 - Left and Star 4 - Right

Duplicate each one, in the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame.

Repeats this steps matching the stars:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 3 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 3 - Right

Next:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 4 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 2 - Right

and finally:

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 5 - Left

Activate and duplicate the layer: Star 1 - Right

Always remember to close the previous duplicated layers open.

Close all the duplicate layers, copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame. Twice.

Back to psp, open all the duplicated layers (blend mode: overlay).

animation shop, paste before current frame, between the normal frames.

Change the speed to: 13 

Play the animation if you like, save and you're done :)

Activate the frame layer.

Place it in the right bottom next to the lights.

Place it in the right bottom, make only the half visible, duplicate and move more to the center.

Open: BIBIMMMMMINTY ELEMENTS (59). C/p in the canvas, Resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the right bottom, between the two half flowers.

Add a frame, your name and copyright info.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

To Animate:

Activate the black background. Copy, open animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 27 frames.

Open: star line. Activate the first frame, select all. Drag the animation to the black background,

place it twice one in the left side and in the right side.

Back to psp. Close the black background.

Activate the gradient layer. 

Effects - Plugins - Nirvana - Sinfinity:

*Change the red, blue and green to have a color to matching with your tube.

Copy merged, in animation shop: paste as a new animtion.

Back to psp, undo the plugin effect, apply again but change:

Radiality to: 75

Copy merged, in animation shop: paste after current frame.

Back to psp, undo the plugin effect, apply again and change:

Radiality to: 95

Repeats the steps, and change the effect to:

Radiality to: 105

Radiality to: 120

You have 5 frames in animation shop. 

Activate the first frame. Select all. Copy.

Click in the last frame, paste after current frame. 

Animation - Reverse Frames. Delete the last frame.

Again click in the first frame, select all, Copy, Click in the last frame, paste after current frame.

Click in the last frame again and paste. Now you have 27 frames, just like the background.

Select all the frames all drag this animation to the black background, place it.

Play the animation if you like, save and you're done :)
