Open a new image: 600x500

Open: Celtic Couture (15). C/p in the canvas. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

With the mask layer active. 

Resize at 105 percent - Smart Size. Merge group. 

Duplicate. Merge visible.

Open: Celtic Couture (30). C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the center. With the magic wand click inside of the frames, expand the selection: 5 pixels.

Open: Celtic Couture (13). C/p in the canvas, resize at 65 percent - Smart Size.

Place it below the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. 

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the frame.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Acitvate the paper layer. Duplicate. Resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Activate the top layer.

Open: Celtic Couture (52). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the left bottom side.

Open: Celtic Couture (27). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right side.

Open: Celtic Couture (10). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom center.

Open: Celtic Couture (109). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom center, above the coins.

Open: Celtic Couture (112). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: Celtic Couture (113). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left corner.

Open: Celtic Couture (85). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom left.

Open: Celtic Couture (36). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right, next to the hat.

Open: Celtic Couture (39). C/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right, next to the first heart.

Open: Celtic Couture (18). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top left side.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Copy merged the tag. Open animation shop: 

Paste as a new animation and duplicate until you have 17 frames.

Open: SimoneAni312.mng

Activate the first frame, select all.

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 4 frames.

Drag into the tag and place it in the bottom left

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white.

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 11, play the animation and save if you like! :)

Open a new image: 650x600

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (5). C/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

With the mask layer activated: Resize at 90 percent - Smart Size.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: Radius: 5 pixels.

Merge group. Duplicate. Merge visible.

Add a new layer. Selections - All. 

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (6). Copy and paste into selection. 

Deselect. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

Merge group. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. Duplicate. Merge down.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (30). C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the right side. With the magic wand click inside the window frames.

Selections - Modify - Expand by: 10 pixels.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY PAPERS (8).  C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Move the layer behind the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Place it above the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (36). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left corner, next to the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (47). C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left corner, next to the hat.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (24). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left.

Open the tube c/p in the canvas and place it in the left side, in front of the tree.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (53). C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the right side, above the green doodle.

Open: BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (44). C/p in the canvas, Place it in the right side of the windows.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Activate the sun layer (BIBIIRISHBEAUTY ELEMS (71)).

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Bright Noise:

Copy merged. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back to psp, undo the effect and apply again and change the intensity to: 28

Copy merged, in animation shop, paste after current frame. Repeat two more times. (4 frames in total)

Frame 3 - Intensity: 24

Frame 34 - Intensity: 17

Activate the first frame, select all. Copy, click in the last frame and paste after current frame.

Continue until you have 20 frames.

Open: SimoneAni57-Clovers.psd

Activate the first frame, select all. 

Animation - Cull Animation: Remove 1 frame every 3 frames. 

Drag the animation into the tag, place it  into the bottom right corner.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Scrap kit St Pattys (PTU) by Bibi's Collections. You can find it here

Note: C/P means: copy and paste, can be as a new layer or into a selection.

Open a new image: 600x600.

Open the frame: BIBI ST PATTYS ELEM (90). c/p as a new layer, Resize at 80 percent.

Click inside with the magic wand, expand by 5.

Open the paper: bibi papers (3).c/p as a new layer. Remove the excess and deselect.

Open the tube, c/p as a new layer. Resize if needed. Place it in the center.
