Open a new image: 650x650

Open: BIBIMYGUY PAPERS (1). c/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent (smart size). 

Apply the mask: gemsmasks-186. Merge group. 

Open: BIBIMYGUY ELEMENTS (38). c/p in the canvas, place it near the bottom of the mask. Apply the mask here.

Open: BIBIMYGUY ELEMENTS (60). c/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent (smart size). Image - Mirror. Place it in the left side of the canvas.

Open: BIBIMYGUY ELEMENTS (64). c/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent (smart size). Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Move it to the right side.

Open: BIBIMYGUY ELEMENTS (35). c/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent (smart size). Place it in the center of the tires.

Add more elements to decorate the tag:

Add drop shadow:

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the canvas, resize.

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 3

O: 40 B: 5

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.

To animate:

Add a layer, flood fill with white, send the layer to the bottom.

select one of the pile of tires. Activate the freehand selection tool:

Make a selection around the top of the tires, like this:

Effects - Plugins  - Eyecandy 4000 - Fire:

Deselect. Edit - Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation. 

back to psp. Edit - undo. Apply the fire effect again but hit the random seed button, until you like the kind of flames generated.

Deselect. Copy Merged. Go to Animation Shop, paste after current frame, repeat the process once more or until you have 5 frames.

Edit - Select All. Animation - Frame Properties: 15 speed.

Play the animation and if you like it, save and you're done (=

Duplicate, Image - Mirror.  Merge them Eraser the excess outside of the wall.

Open the tube. c/p in the canvas, resize if needed, place it in the right side of the canvas.

Duplicate the tube layer, In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Hard Light. Opacity: 50

Activate the original layer and Add drop shadow:

V: -1 H: 3

Open the cluster frame. Duplicate the file and close the original.

If you have the kit open the paper: BIBISUMMER COCKTAIL PAPERS (4). Copy. In your canvas, make a selection around the frame:

Add a new layer below the frame, paste into the selection. Deselect. 

Effects - Artistic effects - Halftone:

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Constellation:

Make a selection around the inner frame:

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add noise:

Decorte with brushes and elements of your choice.

Copy and paste the tube above the paper layer, duplicate and move it above the cluster frame.

Open a new image: 600x200

with the magic wand click inside of the canvas.

Open the paper: Paper1. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 70 percent (smart size). Selections  - Invert. Edit - Clear.

Open: Sun. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 50 percent (smart size). Place it in the center and above the paper.

Open: Ocean, c/p in the canvas, place it like this:

Open: RockCave. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 70 percent (smart size). Move it to the right side of the canvas.

Duplicate and arrange it like this:

Open: PalmTree2. c/p in the canvas, move it to the left side, send the layer below the rockcave.

Open: Dolphin. c/p in the canvas, image - resize: 35 percent (smart size). Place it in the right side behind the rockcave.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if needed. Place it in the right side of the canvas.

Add more elements into the banner:

Add copyright and your name. Make a frame. Export as a jpg or png now if you want a non animate banner.

To animate:

Activate the ocean layer. Remove the excess outside of the banner if it's needed. 

copy, Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Effects - Insert Image Effects - Select: underwater:

Apply and delete the last frame.You have 15 frames now. put aside, we will use it later.

Back to psp, you have two options, merge the paper, sun, clouds and ocean or merge: paper, sun and clouds but delete the ocean layer 

and only use the animated one we made in animation shop.

Rename this group of layers as: 1. In the layer palette, close the visibility toogle.

Start to merge all the above layers, included the elements, tube and frame.

Rename this group of layers as: 2.

In the layer palette, Click in the eye and open the visibility toogle. copy merged. Go to Animation Shop.

paste as a new image. Duplicate until you have 15 frames. 

Activate the first frame and select all. Select all the layers from the ocean animation you did before. Drag it into the background, place it almost in the center.

Back to psp,  Copy the layer: 2. In animation shop, paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 15 frames.

Activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

Play the animation. If you like save and you're done. I've changed the speed of mine to: 20
