Open a new image: 620x600.

make a gradient with two colors: 

foreground: #9f8770

background : #c4b19e

angle: 135

repeats: 2

Unchecked

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL33. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

With the magic wand click inside. Selections - Modify - Expand by: 10 pixels.

Add a new layer, place it behind the frame and flood fill the canvas with the gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 3.1 - Fur:

Open the paper: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_PP7. C/p in the canvas, resize at 75 percent - Smart Size.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. 

In the layer palette change the opacity to: 50 - 55

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the frame, remove the excess and deselect.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Overlay.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL2. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side of the frame, colorize to match the tube.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL10. C/p in the canvas. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Place it in the right bottom corner of the frame.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the left above the tree.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL5. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL12. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom right corner, above the flowers.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL37. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom of the frame.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL34. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom next to the snowballs.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL32. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom left.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL35. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: Right - 40 degrees .Place it at the bottom of the tube.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it at the bottom of the ribbon.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL7.C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it next to the bells.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL11.C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it in the right side of the frame.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL4. C/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it in the right top corner of the frame.

Open: BWC_MsVictoriaWinter_EL9. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it where you like it.

Add shadow to the elements.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and copyright info. Merge Visible and apply Radiance, same settings used.

To animate:

Activate the bubble (EL9) and copy.

Open Animation Shop, paste as a new animation.

Effects - Insert Image Effect - Explode:

Back to psp, Copy merged the tag, paste as a new animation and duplicate until

you have 14 frames, activate the first one and select all.

Activate the bubble and drag it to your tag, place it where you want it.

I placed twice and resize the second bubble to 70 percent - Bicubic.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 12, play the animation and save if you like! :)
