No tube needed. The tube I've used belongs to the scrapkit.

Open a new image: 650x600

Open: mask02Photoshop. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the left side.

Open: mask01Photoshop. C/p in the canvas, resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the right side, next to the first mask. Merge visible the layers:

Selections All - Float - Defloat.

Open: paper01. c/p in the canvas. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open: element35. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the mask

Open: element44. C/p in the canvas, resize at 35 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left corner.

Open: element41. C/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Flip. Place it in the bottom left corner, above the leaves.

Open: element53. C/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart size.

Place it in the center.

Duplicate the element41. Move the layer above the cat. Image - Mirror.

Image - Free Rotate: left 85 degrees.

Open: element34. C/p in the canvas, resize at 20 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the leaves.

Open: element24. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Flip. Image - Mirror. Place it next to the green flower.

Open: element23.  C/p in the canvas, resize at 17 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Mirror. Move the layer below the purple rose and place it at a side.

Open: element17. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the canvas, move the layer above the paper.

Open: element21. C/p in the canvas, resize at 25 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: left 20 degrees. Place it in the right bottom corner

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow, except to the mask.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Open: element52. C/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the right side of the canvas. 

Adjust - Add Noise:

Uniform

70 percent

Monochrome

do not apply shadow

Add a wordart of your choice (or make your own) and place it at the bottom.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Chrome:

Duplicate and activate the original layer.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 2 pixels.

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind:

Activate the duplicate layer:

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and and copyright.

To animate:

Activate the wordart: BLACK CAT

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

Copy merged, open animation shop.

Paste as a new animation. Back to psp, undo the glow effect.

Apply again but change:

Glow Width to: 6 

Copy merged. In animation shop, paste after current frame.

Repeat and change:

Glow Width to: 9

Glow Width to: 7

Glow Width to: 5

You will have 5 frames.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Properties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 12, play the animation and save if you like! :)
