Open the template, duplicate the file.

Close the original and delete the credits layer.

Make a gradient with two  colors from your tube:

My choice:

Foreground: #c266f7

Background: #99e7ff

Style: Linear

Angle: 300

Repeats: 5

Invert: unchecked

Flood fill the background with the gradient.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Blast:

Effects - Plugins - L en K landksiteofwonder - L en k's Zitah:

Duplicate the layer. Apply Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 3 pixels

In the layer palette hange the blend mode to: Overlay or Hard Light. Merge down this layers.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas. Place it in the center and resize if it's needed.

Duplicate the layer. Apply Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 3 pixels

In the layer palette hange the blend mode to: Screen and low the opacity.

Merge down this layers.

Effects - Plugins - Xero - Radiance:

Add your name and copyright.

To animate:

Activate the layer: Rays Animated - 1

Change the opacity to: 40.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

**It's optional, you can add a simple drop shadow or nothing.

Copy merged. 

In animation shop, paste as a new animation. Back to psp, hide the layer: Rays Animated - 1

and open the next (Rays Animated - 2), apply the glow and change the opacity.

 Copy merged, paste after current frame in animation shop.

Repeat with the layers: 

Rays Animated - 3

Rays Animated - 4

Rays Animated - 5

Rays Animated - 6

Play the animation. If you like save and you're done.
