Supplies Needed: 

PSP 

Tube of choice. I am using one by SkyScraps. Find the tube: here

Cluster frame by me: here

Mask 53 by Gems here

Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow

Font here

Open a paper of your choice. c/p in the canvas. Send the layer to the bottom.

Layers - Load mask: gemsmask-53

Merge group.

Activate the background of the frames.

C/p a paper with a tree or a scene, colorize to a single color if it's needed. 

Activate the freehand selection tool:

Make a selection here:

Effects - Plugins- Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow:

Deselect.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas. Resize and place it in the bottom frame.

Add drop shadow:

V: -2 H: 3

O: 50 B: 8

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. 

Export now as a png or jpg. for a non animated tag.

To animate:

Activate the Mask layer.

Effects - Plugins- Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow:

Copy merged. Open Animation shop.

Paste as a new animation. Back to psp, undo the effect and apply the effect again

but change the first Diagonal to: 100.

Copy merged, in animation shop. paste after current frame.

Repeats the steps 1 more time and change

Diagonal to: 65

You have 3 frames in animation shop. Select all the frames. 

Animation - Animation Propieties:

Speed: 20.
