Font here

Open the template, duplicate the file. Close the original.

Delete the credits layer.

Make a gradient with two  colors from your tube:

My choice:

Foreground: #c0c0c0

Background: #808080

Style: Linear

Angle: 0

Repeats: 3

Invert: unchecked

Activate the background layer. flood fill with the gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Richard Rosenman - Pixelate:

**Optional. Duplicate the layer. Apply Gaussian Blur - Radius: 3 pixels

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Overlay. Opacity: 60. Merge down.

Activate the layer: top rectangles. Change the color if it's needed.

Effects - Plugins - Penta .com - Jeans:

Add drop shadow:

V: 5 H: 5

O: 30 B: 15

Activate the layer: wordart.

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 0

O: 85 B: 7

Activate the layer: bottom rectangles.

Selections -  All - Float - Defloat. Add a new layer.

Open the tube(s) or close up copy and paste into the frames.

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Luminance. Opacity: 85.

Merge the closeup and the rectangles.

Effects - Plugins - Ulead Effects - Gif-X 2.0:

Click in Save, write the name for the animation, save it in a folder you can find later.

Cancel the plugin.

Add drop shadow:

V: 5 H: 5

O: 30 B: 15

Open the main tube(s), c/p in the canvas, place it in the center.

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add your name and copyright.

To animate: 

In the layer palette, Close  all the layers (click in the eye) above the bottom rectangles.

For me: 

inner frame

big frame

name 

copyright

tube

frames

Copy merged the open layers in psp. Open animation Shop, paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 15 frames.

Open the animation you did with the plugin. Contains: 15 frames.

Click in the first frame and select all the frames and drag it to your banner 

place it above the bottom rectangles, it might take more than once.

Back to psp, close the open layers and open the rest. Copy merged and paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 155 frames. 

Activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

With all the frames selected, change the speed to 16. If you like save and you're done.
