Open a new image: 650x600

Open the paper: paper13. c/p in the canvas.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from the disk:

Merge group. Duplicate. 

Adjust - Add Noise:

Uniform

40 percent

Monochrome

Merge visible.

Open: element55. C/p in the canvas, place it in the center of the mask.

Open: element49. C/p in the canvas, place it in the center of the canvas.

With the magic wand click inside the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand: 2 pixels.

Open the paper: paper14. C/p in the canvas, resize at 60 percent - Smart Size. 

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. 

Open the close up of the tube, c/p in the canvas, place it inside the frame.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open: element21. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left side of the frame.

Open: element38. C/p in the canvas, place it in the left top side of the frame.

Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. Arrange it in the right side.

Open: element16. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Image - Rotate: Free Rotate: Left - 15 degrees. Place it in the top left side above the mask.

Open: element32. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top center of the frame.

Open: element33. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the right top side of the frame.

Open: element06. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the right side, below the black rose.

Open: element58. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right side.

Open: element53. C/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left side of the frame.

Open: element01. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice

Place it in the bottom left side behind the candelabrum.

Open: element19. C/p in the canvas, resize at 30 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom left, above and next to the  candelabrum.

Open: element28. C/p in the canvas, resize at 55 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom left side, behind the skull.

Open: element30. C/p in the canvas, resize at 45 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Image- Mirror. Place it in the bottom left, next to the red rose.

Open: element54. C/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it at the bottom left, behind and between both roses.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Activate the paper layer (frame background). Duplicate twice.  

Activate the first copy: Image - Resize at 90 percent - Smart Size.

Adjust - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness/ Contrast:

Brightness: -35

Contrast: 15

Activate the second copy: Image - Resize at 80 percent - Smart Size.

Effects - Plugins - Eye candy 3.1 - Swirl:

Copy merged the tag. Open  animation shop and paste as a new animation in animation shop.

Back to psp, undo the effect and apply again and change the twist to: 77.

Copy merged, in animation shop, paster after current frame. 

Repeat two more times and change the twist settings to: 43 and 86.

Open: katbling39. 

Animation - Resize:

60 percent - Bicubic.

Activate the first frame, select all.

Drag the cristal ball to the right middle side of the frame.

**Adding a background to the transparent animation.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 15, play the animation and save if you like! :)
