Open a new image: 650x550

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (30). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (24). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 75 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the top left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (13). C/p in the canvas. Place it in the top left.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (42). C/p in the canvas. Place it in the center.

With the magic wand click outisde. Selections - Invert. Contract by: 10 pixels

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS PAPERS (6).  C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in behind the frame. Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Selections - Invert. 

Open the tube or close up, c/p in the canvas, resize if it's needed and place it in the center.

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Activate the frame layer.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (41). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right side of the frame.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (31). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 70 percent - Smart Size.

Place it at the bottom center.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (37). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Image - Free Rotate: Left - 15 degrees. Place it in the bottom left. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (23). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the center.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (47). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (51).  C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom right, next to the cupcake.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (46). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (33). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the bottom left, below the white heart.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (25).  C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it in the bottom left, next to the letter. Duplicate and place it in the right side, above the doodle.

Duplicate again. Image - Mirror. Image - Free Rotate: Right - 25 degrees. Place it in the bottom right.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (26). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the left side. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Arrange it in the right side.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (39). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. Twice.

Place it in the top left, above the flowers of the frame.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (28). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 50 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top right.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (32). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 80 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top right and move a few hearts to the bottom left.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (44). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top right. Duplicate and place it in the bottom left.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (34). C/p in the canvas. Resize at 35 percent - Smart Size. 

Place it in the top center.

Open: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (21). C/p in the canvas and place it above the tag.

Eraser any parts you don't want.

Sharpen the elements and apply shadow.

Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Shadowlab:

Add the name and copyright info.

To animate:

Close the layers: BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (30) and BIBIGIRLFRIENDS ELEM (24)

Merge visible the open layers. Copy. Open animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 21 frames.

Back to psp and close the layer: 1. 

Open the closed layers, Copy merged. In animation shop and paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 21 frames.

Open: SimoneAni251.mng

Activate the first frame, select all.

Drag into the background and place it in the top left. Undo and drag into the tag again,

place it in the bottom left. Repeats 2 more times and place the animation in the top right and bottom right.

Activate the animation with the tube, elements, name, etc.

Activate the first frame, select all. Drag into the tag and place it where it belongs.

Animation - Animation Propieties

Change the black color for the color of your choice, mine is white:

Apply and the color will be applied in all the frames selected.

Change the speed to: 12, play the animation and save if you like! :)
