Open the template. Duplicate and close the original file.

Delete the layer:

Credits 

with the magic wand click inside of the background layer.

Open the paper: SkyScraps-SweetJuly-pp3. c/p in the canvas. Selections - invert. Edit - Clear

Deselect.

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Constellation.

Duplicate the layer. apply gaussian blur Radius by: 3 pixels.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Overlay. Low the opacity to: 85.

Merge down the layers. In the layer palette, rename the layer: Background

Delethe the original layer.

Open: SkyScraps-SweetJuly-E47. Resize at 40 percent - Smart Size.

Place it above the layer: circle 1. Delete the original template layer. like this:

Duplicate the layer. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip. 

Merge down the frames. In the layer palette, rename the layer: Frames

Open: SkyScraps-SweetJuly-E66. Don't resize. place it below the frame. 

In the top left corner. Duplicate. Image - Mirror. Image - Flip.

Like this:

Merge down the backgrounds. In the layer palette, rename the layer: Frames Background.

Open the tube. c/p in the canvas, resize if needed. Place it in the center of the banner.

Duplicate, apply gaussian blur: radius by: 3 pixels.

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Screen. Low the opacity to: 85.

Select the original tube layer and 

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 2

O: 55 B: 6

Select the layer: rectangles. Change the colors if you want to.

Activate the layer: inside lines

Effects - Plugins - Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow:

Activate the layer: wording

Add drop shadow:

V: 1 H: 1

O: 40 B: 2

Add more elements the tag:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

V: 1 H: 3

O: 50 B: 7

Add copyright and your name. Change the frame if you want.

Now you can start to merge the background and all the elements behind the tube. Rename it:  1

Merge the elements above the tube, included your name and frame. Rename it:  1

To animate:

Copy the layer: 1. Open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 28 frames.

Activate the first frame and select all.

Open the animation: redwhitebluefirework-madebylovey'11.mng. Delete the first 5 frames. You'll have 28 frames.

Select all the frames. Animation - Resize animation:

70 percent - Bicubic. Crop if needed.

Select all the frames and drag it to your first animation. Posicion it almost in the center, more to the left side.

Back to psp. Copy the layer: 2. In animation shop, paste as a new animation. Duplicate until you have 28 frames.

Activate the first frame and select all. Carefully drag it into the first frame of the main animation.

Play the animation. If you like save and you're done.
