Teen Rah Love

Supplies Needed:

Tube of choice. I am using a tube by Sweet Pinup, you can purchase the tube: here or here

Scrap kit (PTU) Rah Love by Bibis Collections: here

Font here

Open a new image: 650x650

Open: RAH LOVE ELEMS (23). c/p in the canvas, place it in the right side of the canvas.

with the magic wand, click inside of the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by: 3.

Open the paper: RAH LOVE PAPERS (5), Resize at 50 percent. C/p in the canvas, Move it below the frame. selections - Invert.

Edit clear.

Duplicate the frame. Resize at 90 percent. Move it a lil to the left of the first frame.

click inside of the frame. Selections - Modify - Expand by: 3.

Open the paper: RAH LOVE PAPERS (1), Resize at 50 percent. C/p in the canvas, Move it below the frame. selections - Invert.

Edit clear.

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:

Apply again but change the Width: 5

Open: RAH LOVE ELEMS (18), Resize at 50 percent. C/p in the canvas. Image - Free Rotate: 

90 degrees

Right

Open: RAH LOVE ELEMS (5), resize until you like it, place it above the scattered hearts.

Open: RAH LOVE ELEMS (15). resize and place it in the middle of the scattered.

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize if is needed. Duplicate, apply gaussian blur: radius: 3

In the layer palette, change the blend mode to: Soft light.

Select the original tube layer and apply shadow:

V: 0 H: 4

O: 30 B: 4

Add more elements the tag:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

V: -1 H: 2

O: 40 B: 3

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
