Open a new image: 650x650.

Open: ELEM23. c/p in the canvas. with the magic wand click outisde of the frame.

Selections - Modify - Expand by: 2 pixels. Selections - Invert.

Open: PAPER 5. c/p in the canvas. Move the layer below the frame. 

Selections - Invert. Edit - Clear. Deselect.

Open the tube. c/p in the canvas, Resize if is needed. Place it in the center of the frame.

I wanted to make the girl popup of the frame. with the magic wand make a selections at

the end of the frame and remove the excess.

Add drop shadow:

V: -3 H: 4

O: 50 B: 7

Select the paper layer. Resize at 110 percent - Smart Size. Adjust - Blur - Gausian blur:

Radius: 10

Effects - Plugins - Dsb Flux - Blast:

Apply again but change the direction to: Right

Effects - Plugins - Penta. com - Jeans:

Amount: 20

Border width: 12

Select the tube and start to add the flowers:

Open: ELEM-5. c/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent (Smart Size), Place it in the right side of the frame

Open: ELEM-1. c/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent (Smart Size), Place it below the first flower.

Open: ELEM21. c/p in the canvas, resize at 40 percent (Smart Size), Place it below and a lil bit above the red flower.

Resize, sharpen and place as desire. Elements to decorate the tag:

Add drop shadow:

V: 0 H: 2

O: 40 B: 5

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
