Open a new image: 650x650

Open paper: 01. Apply the mask: Mask_by_Rose1. Merge group. 

Apply the mask again.

Open: Frame02. c/p in the canvas, arrange if is needed. 

Open the tube, c/p in the canvas, resize  if you need and place it in the center. 

Duplicate. Apply Gaussian Blur:

Radius: 3

In the layer palette change the blend mode to: Soft Light

Select the original tube layer.

Add drop shadow:

V: 5 H: 5

O: 40 B: 6

Open: Feather02. c/p in the canvas, resize at 70 percent - Smart size.

Image - Free Rotate:

Direction: Left

Degrees: 30

Move the layer below the frame and arrange it a lil bit to the right side. 

In the layer palette low the opacity to: 70. Duplicate. Image - Mirror.

Open: ScatteredBlingHearts. c/p in the canvas, place it in the bottom part of the tag

Duplicate. Image - Flip. Image - Mirror. Move it above the first scatter layer.

Add the elements between those layers:

Add the elements to finish with your deco:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

V: 3 H: 2

O: 35 B: 3

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. Export as a png or jpg.
