Open a new image:650x650

Open: BDS-Psp-crazy-elements18.c/p in the canvas, resize at 50 percent - smart size.

Move it to the left bottom side of the canvas, duplicate. place it like this:

Open the closeup of the, place it above the element, remove the excess, duplicate. Merge this layers, colorize to black and white.

Effects - plugins - xero - fuzzifier:

you'll have something like this:

Open the main tube, c/p in the canvas, place it in the center, resize if needed.

Apply drop shadow:

V: 2 H: 3

O: 55 B: 7

duplicate the tube layer.

Open: BDS-Psp-crazy-elements18, resize at 50 percent. Add noise:

Uniform

50 percent

monochrome

Move it below the tube, place it behind te head. Activate the top tube 

layer, in the layer palette change the blend mode to: luminance (legacy)

open:BDS-Psp-crazy-elements19. c/p in the canvas, resize. Place it at the bottom of the tube. duplicate.

Effects - texture effects - emboss.

in the layer palette change the blend mode to: overlay.

select the original layer, apply:

effects - texture effects - blinds:

Open: BDS-Psp-crazy-elements3. c/p in the canvas, resize and place it in the left side.

Open: BDS-Psp-crazy-elements33. c/p in the canvas, resize place it above the camera.

Add more elements to decorate the tag:

Always: Resize, sharpen and place as desire. 

Add drop shadow:

V: 1 H: 2

O: 40 B: 5

Add copyright and your name. Merge Visible, copy and paste as new image. 

Export as a png or jpg.
